By using Dear Self (dearself.ai), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage of Service

Dear Self is provided 'as is'. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your own email account, which serves as your primary access method.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Dear Self are paid. We use Stripe to process payments securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support if you are unsatisfied.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Dear Self. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dear Self shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. While we employ rigorous security measures including AES-256 encryption, no digital transmission is 100% secure.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting yordan@dearself.ai.
